Challenge - With the leading bariatric surgery program in the state, St. Francis Hospital relies on GA to execute an integrated campaign designed to create awareness and support surgical volumes for dedicated bariatric surgeons. Solution - Patient “success stories” are at the heart of all campaign components. Testimonials from real patients are featured, capturing how dramatically their lives have changed because of bariatric surgery. All campaign components – from TV, to email, to search engine marketing – lead to a prominent call-to-action to motivate seminar registrations. Outcome - Seminar attendance has grown steadily since the campaign started. Since its inception, the campaign has been honored with an Aster Award, a Healthcare Advertising Award, a Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award and a PRSA Certificate of Excellence. |
