Challenge - As part of a series of industry-specific campaigns, Windows Embedded sought to reach manufacturers of specialized retail and hospitality devices, such as kiosks and digital signage, and drive prospects to sales partners and distributors. Solution - Online activity ran in four sites for a three-month period and drove to a landing page. Three calls-to-action, from videos, to events to free trial software, were provided to capture prospects at varying states in the sales cycle. GA delivered a “campaign-in-a-box” to worldwide marketing managers to enable them to run campaigns in their territories. Outcome - The campaign generated equal page views with half the media investment of a prior campaign. Excellent time-on-page metrics and uptake of calls-to-action generated widespread awareness, setting the stage for sales. |
