Branding and content marketing to grow business with a younger generation of investors
Problem
Badgley Phelps, a top wealth management firm in the Pacific Northwest, wanted to expand its reach to a younger generation of high-net-worth individuals while continuing to serve its established clientele. To achieve this, the firm needed a refreshed brand and a stronger digital presence.
Solution
We steered the firm through a major rebrand, modernizing the logo, visual identity, audience personas, messaging and positioning. We created new brand templates, collateral, presentation and report templates, signage, and a website. We launched the firm’s first ongoing content marketing program with a consistent stream of keyword-rich blog content that was repurposed for attention-grabbing video and social media content.

  • Library of 212 blogs, 15 guides, 16 videos, and dozens of social media graphics
  • 89% increase in LinkedIn followers
  • 325% increase in new website users
  • 603% increase in average unique blog pageviews (or new users post GA4 transition) for the top three blogs of the year
  • Efforts contributed to firm growth from $2.5 billion to more than $6 billion in assets
