Each year, the Service Industry Advertising Awards (SIAA) offers service industry marketing professionals the chance to gain recognition for notable work. We’re thrilled that in 2024, we won Bronze, Silver, and the coveted Gold for our work with Providence Talent Acquisition on its caregiver recruitment efforts.
More than 1,000 entries were received, and a national panel of judges evaluated and rated entries in eight groups and forty-five categories. The judges awarded 108 Gold Awards, 43 Silver Awards, and 20 Bronze Awards. Entries were judged on execution, creativity, quality, consumer appeal, and overall breakthrough advertising content.

Our work on the Providence Blog won Gold in the Blog Sites category.
The TikTok Creative we developed for Providence in Oregon won Gold in the Social Media Content—TikTok Category.
The campaign we did in support of Providence’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts won Gold in the DEI Category.
A video we shot on location at Covenant, part of the Providence family of brands, won Gold in the Special Video Category.
A streaming video spot we created after an on-location shoot at a Providence hospital in Montana earned Silver in the Streaming/On Demand Category.
Ads we created for Providence’s Residency program for new graduate nurses received Bronze in the Online Display Ad Category.

SIAA is the only advertising awards program to specifically recognize the achievements of the service industry. Many other advertising awards are dominated by consumer goods, packaged goods, and other tangible products. The service industry is adding significant contributions to marketing and advertising. SIAA recognizes the creativity and communication accomplishments of the service industry.
