Problem
Providence, a health system with 50 hospitals across seven states, needed to attract qualified caregivers while conveying a true sense of belonging, purpose, and care. Their recruitment marketing lacked authentic, relatable visuals and storytelling to connect with job seekers. Without engaging content, it was difficult to stand out in a competitive market, and reliance on costly contract labor was increasing due to unfilled positions.
Solution
We met hundreds of caregivers, capturing genuine stories through video and photography to reflect life at Providence. More than 100 videos and 2,000 portraits were created, used in ads, social media, blogs, and the careers sites. These authentic visuals boosted engagement and helped drive record-breaking hiring year over year, delivering real, measurable impact for Providence’s recruitment efforts.
