Providence needed a more efficient way to hire caregivers across seven states. With healthcare talent in high demand, the team aimed to reduce reliance on costly contract labor, hit a $25 cost-per-acquisition goal, and build a strong talent network for future hires.
We created a robust content library of caregiver stories, photos, and videos to power always-on digital campaigns. Using search, social, display, audio, video, and Google Performance Max, we tailored creative by region and role. Ongoing testing and optimization kept performance high and costs down. After a record year for hiring in 2023, we achieved even better results in 2024.
