GA Creative brought the strategy to life by producing career-focused blog content and caregiver stories—authentic voices straight from the front lines. We then repurposed this content for monthly newsletters tailored to Talent Network members. Each issue blended practical job resources with inspiring testimonials, keeping Providence Swedish top of mind and turning passive subscribers into an engaged pipeline of future applicants.
