Washington College Grant
Setting the brand foundation for an updated program
Problem
Washington College Grant wanted to increase brand awareness in advance of a campaign to drive greater financial aid applications among low-income students and families in Washington.
Solution
The new logo design uses an apple tree to suggest both education and Washington state, while also connecting it with the parent Washington Student Achievement Council brand. We also updated the existing website with a web page that leverages best practices in terms of content hierarchy to draw people in and drive conversions on the page using the main call to action “Estimate your award” and secondary call to action to “Apply now”. This set the stage for our multi-language advertising campaign.
